                              FESTIVE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR PACKAGE

Where better to host a special Christmas or New Year celebration, festive afternoon tea or dinner with family and friends?  Whatever the occasion we will make it a happy one.

We look forard to Christmas and New Year at Culdearn House, the warm glow of the fireplace, the flickering candles and the aroma of mulled wine and warm mince pies.  There is no organised in-house entertainment as such, just peach and quiet offering excellent food, fine wines, special malts and good company.  Outside activities are plenty over the Christmas period and these can be organised upon request.

                               Christmas - 3 nights stay 24th - 27th December

Christmas Eve 24th - arrive in time for afternoon tea of mince pies and stollen served in the lounge by the fire where you can unwind after your journey and meet other guests and thereafter enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapes from 6.30pm, followed by  a fine dinner in our award winning restaurant.  Later, for those who wish they can make their way to the near-by church for Christmas Service around 11.30pm returning for a glass of hot punch before bed.

Christmas Day 25th - after a hearty breakfast and presents perhaps a walk up Cairngorm Mountain or along the banks of the River Spey enjoying the fresh air and stunning scenery here in Speyside or perhaps an organised activity such as clay shooting or a Landrover tour on a nearby Estate.  Upon your return around 3pm enjoy a flute of champagne before an enjoyable Christmas dinner with all the trimmings and then relax in the evening with a fine malt and, perhaps, a game of chess.

Boxing Day 26th - the day is yours to enjoy.  Perhaps shopping for Cashmere or whisky or a vigourous walk to work up a good appertite for another excellent dinner.  There are plenty of activities available nearby.

27th - Breakfast and return to the outside world, relaxed and refreshed.

CHRISTMAS PACKAGE -  £400.00pp in a superior en-suite room.  All rates are based on two people sharing a twin/double room . 

Cost includes 3 nights accommodation, all meals, gifts, afternoon teas, canapes, complimentary glass of champagne and after dinner coffee based on double occupancy.  Dates can be of your choice so long as they include the 25th.

                                Hogmanay  at Culdearn - Two Night's Stay

Enjoy bringing in the New Year by joining and enjoying the street party held here in Grantown on Spey.  Scottish dancing, Scottish Ceilidh bands and attempts to form the biggest Reel to enter the Guiness Book of Records ending with a fantastic and spectacular Firework display.  Starts around 11.00pm and ends around 1.30pm.

Hogmanay celebrations on the 31st December include pre-dinner canapes and a flute of champagne, 4 course dinner served in our award winning restaurant.  Glass of whisky to bring in the New Year.  New Year's Day breakast.  Second night say can be either side of Hogmanay and includes Dinner.

NEW YEAR 2 NIGHT PACKAGE - FROM £360.00 per person (£180.00 per person per night) in a superior en-suite room.  All rates based on two people sharing a twin/double room - single supplements may apply. 

Stay extra night either side at special price of £95.00 pppn.
