Special Occasions

 SPECIAL ANNIVERSARY / FAMILY GATHERINGS  


Why not spend your special day with us? The fresh air, country walks and splendid scenery are sure to satisfy. If they don't, the mouth watering cuisine is guaranteed to. 

Why not reserve the whole house for you and your family/friends? We can provide all your needs including arranging events such as fishing/shooting/walking/mountain climbing! Minimum of two nights. From £1200.00 per day to include dinner, bed and breakfast, pre-dinner canapes and welcome drink. (up to 12 persons). Contact us for details.

If you would like live music for your special family gathering, we can reccommend our local bagpiper who has piped at weddings and other events throughout Scotland, the UK and throughout the world.

Booking Notes

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


DEPOSIT: For all new bookings a deposit of £50.00 per couple is required and for weekly reservations £100.00. This can be by way of credit card or cheque and we take most credit cards except AMEX cards. In the event of cancellation, any deposit paid will be forfeited.

RATES: The rate quoted/advertised is per person per night (based on double occupancy) DBB (Dinner, Bed and Breakfast) and includes en-suite accommodation, full Scottish breakfast, 4 course dinner and VAT @ 17.5%. For B&B (Bed and Breakfast) includes en-suite accommodation, full Scottish Breakfast and VAT @17.5%. Where a double/twin room is requested for single occupancy a supplement may apply of £18.00 per night.

CHILDREN: Children under 10 years by arrangement. Sorry but we do not have cots or high-chairs.

SMOKING: Culdearn House is totally non-smoking.

DRESS CODE: Guests are advised that the dress code is smart casual although we request no jeans or shorts.

CHECK IN & OUT: Guests rooms are available from 4.00pm onwards with check-out by 10.30am. Arrangements to check in (or out) earlier can be made for overseas visitors who have early morning flights.
